Privacy and personal data
Alifi processes your financial and account data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and international privacy standards (minimization, transparency, and individual control).

Controller and purpose
Alifi processes your name, email, preferences, transactions, and session data to provide the financial assistant, shared spaces, and billing. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
Contract performance (account and service), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention), and, where applicable, your consent (e.g. microphone for voice).
Your rights
You can rectify your name, export your data (portability), and request account deletion from Settings. You may also object to or restrict processing by contacting the service controller.
Account deletion
Deleting your account permanently removes credentials, sessions, personal workspace, associated device fingerprints, and, when present, the billing customer (with anonymization). In shared spaces with other people, transaction authorship is reassigned so the shared history remains without linking back to you.
Security
Passwords are stored hashed/encrypted. Changing your password can sign out other sessions. Use a unique password and do not share it.
Microphone and voice
The microphone is only used when you enable it to talk to Ali. Audio is processed to understand the financial instruction; it is not used for advertising.
