Terms and conditions
These terms govern the use of Alifi, the personal and shared finance service operated by Deepblue Labs. By using the app or site you accept these conditions and the privacy policy.

Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or using Alifi you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Alifi provides tools to record and organize personal or shared finances, and an assistant (Ali) by chat or voice. The service may evolve; some features may require a paid subscription.
Account and eligibility
You must have legal capacity to contract (age of majority or valid representation). You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use Alifi unlawfully, abusively, or in ways that harm others: do not attempt unauthorized access, mass scraping, reverse engineering of the service, or use the product for fraud, spam, or to interfere with its operation.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are handled through our billing provider (Polar). Prices, renewals, and cancellations are shown in the purchase flow or in Settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not guarantee refunds except where required by applicable law. Alifi does not guarantee specific financial outcomes.
Ali (assistant)
Ali provides suggestions and informational guidance based on your financial data. It is not professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Decisions you make based on the assistant are your responsibility.
Intellectual property
Alifi, Ali, the brand, and the software belong to Deepblue Labs or its licensors. You retain rights to content you submit (transactions, notes, files). You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent allowed, Deepblue Labs is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of or inability to use Alifi, except for willful misconduct or gross negligence where the law does not allow limitation.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, there is a security or abuse risk, or the service is discontinued, with reasonable notice when the situation allows.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.
